New Employees

In addition to the checklist and documents you received from HR, as a new employee, you will need to read all district policies.  Please click on the Policies link below, read all the content, and mark each as complete on the checklist.  If applicable, continue by clicking on Health & Welfare Benefits, Retirement, and Disability.  Once you have read everything in these categories, please continue to the online trainings.

  • Contracted Employees  In the Username box, enter your first and last name without any space (i.e., janedoe), click on "Sign In" and follow the prompts.
  • Non-Contracted Employees (Temporary or Seasonal)   Click on "Register" and type in the registration key code, a17fea70; then "Continue".
